I followed your link and version 11.2 or 11.0 is not available on my client page.

Thanks for your comment. I'm very sorry you've had this issue. I suggest contacting ACS Technologies Support, who will help you get on Version 11.
You can contact support by calling 1-800-669-2509. They are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

When I am on the Find Person screen and use the Filter to not show deactivated people I no longer can sort as a Family even though it is still sorted by Family. By that I mean that the families are not grouped with indented names that more easily identifies names. Do I have something set wrong?
