Typically, when you decide to implement a check-in system, security is one of your primary concerns. You want newcomers and members to know that you take this very seriously. Many parents will feel more at ease if they know that child security is a top priority at your church.

An intelligent check-in system like Checkpoint can be an integral part of your security plan. Checkpoint also streamlines your day-to-day processes through a variety of tracking and reporting options that let you monitor individuals' attendance. Some highlights of Checkpoint include:

  • Enhanced security with identifying badges. Printing security badges with Checkpoint ensures that unauthorized individuals cannot roam your buildings unchallenged. Customize badges (stickers, labels or cards) with unique identifiers like child name, date, session info, pager number, and parent's name. You can also enter special notes on badges at the time of check-in, including allergies or pickup instructions.
  • Quick and easy check-in. Set up self check-in for members and regular attendees; use assisted check-in for new members or visitors. This keeps the check-in process flowing, so you don't have long lines or delays.
  • Streamlined and simplified attendance. Checkpoint maintains and updates a roster of individuals as they arrive and leave activities. This ensures that you can locate individuals in the case of an emergency. After an activity, you can also post Checkpoint attendance markings to your ACS People dataset. You can also produce real-time reports showing who has checked in and out by class or activity.
  • Visual appeal. Configure the colors, background, security badges, and more just the way you like. Produce professional and engaging designs by creating a template, which lets you use a consistent theme for related activities, such as Sunday Classes.
