Checkpoint is a flexible program. You can customize it for your ministry and should function as an integral tool of your check-in system. We recommend that you first design a check-in system and then use Checkpoint to implement that system. With that in mind, the section Planning and Preparation offers general guidelines for designing a check-in system with Checkpoint. The sections Setting Up Checkpoint, Checking In and Out, and Reports and Attendance offer instructions specific to using Checkpoint to fulfill your check-in goals.
