Task
The Small Groups Statistics page lets you view and print statistic tables and graphs about your small groups.
This page is divided into three sections:
Small Groups by Participation
This section displays the participation details for your master-level small groups in two ways: Unique Count and Total Count.
To sort the list, click a column header. To sort the list in descending order, click the same column header.

Unique Count
Unique Count displays the number of different individuals who actually participate in a group. For example, if John Brown participated in three different groups, he would only be counted once in the Unique Count.
Total Count
Total Count displays how many individuals participated in the group. For example, if Scott Maple was a member of three different groups, he would be counted three times in the Total Count.
Additional Field Information
Group
Displays the name of the master-level small group.
Group Members
Displays the number of members in the small group.
Group Leaders
Displays the number of leaders in the small group.
Total Individuals
Displays the total of members plus leaders in the small group.
Added YTD
Displays the number of individuals added to the small group over the past year up to the current date.
Deleted YTD
Displays the number of individuals deleted from the small group over the past year up to the current date.
Small Groups by Status
This section displays the status of the master-level small groups.
To sort the list, click a column header. To sort the list in descending order, click the same column header.

Small Groups by Status
Group
Displays the name of the master-level small group.
Parent Level Count
Displays the number of parent level groups that are within the small group.
Active Groups
Displays the number of active small groups within the master-level small group.
Groups in Recess
Displays the number of small groups currently on hiatus.
Inactive Groups
Displays the number of small groups that are not currently meeting.
Total Groups
Displays the total number of small groups for the master-level group.
Small Group Attendance for <current week>
This section lets you view the small group attendance information for the current week. Select the small group you want to view from the drop-down list.
- To sort the list, click a column header. To sort the list in descending order, click the same column header.
Small Group Attendance for
Group
Displays the name of the master-level small group.
Total Enrollment
Displays the total number of individuals enrolled in the small group.
Total Present
Displays the total number of individuals present for the small group.
% Present
Displays the total percentage of individuals present for the small group.
Total Absent
Displays the total number of individuals not present for the small group.
% Absent
Displays the total percentage of individuals absent from the small group.
