Will we EVER get an update to how our online calendar looks. This has been requested over and over and I'm not sure you guys understand how important it is. I mean look at our online calendar. https://secure.accessacs.com/access/viewscheduler.aspx?sn=98918&cid=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000&view=calendar We love ACS and we are a LONG TIME customer but cannot begin to tell you the disappointment that you all are not taking seriously the need for an update in this area. :-( Truly I feel this is a crucial area that needs updating in a massive way!!!

Does it look like this even if you integrate Facilities Scheduler with Access ACS? We are preparing to launch Facilities Scheduler online, and I had thought that the online calendar would resemble Facilties Scheduler once we integrate them.

I agree. The web integration of Facility Scheduler NEEDS to be MORE customizable.

Hi Tara and Anonymous,
Thank you for reading our release notes. We understand your frustrations regarding the look and feel of Facility Scheduler. There is currently an idea in Get Satisfaction on this topic that is pushing the development process forward. You can help move this idea higher on the list by liking it. Feel free to add your comments and suggestions for product improvements there as well. Again, thank you for taking the time to let us know how we can serve you better.
Thank you,
Rebekah

We are trying to add an event and the start time can only be AM and the end time can only be PM. What is going wrong and how can I change it?

Hi Anonymous,
I've tested adding an event and I am able to enter AM for both Start and Stop times. We will be glad to have someone give you a call to find out what is going on if you can let us know your church name and where you are located.
Thank you,
Rebekah

Thank you! I see that someone from your church called into our support department at 3:22pm and it looks like they hung up without getting assistance. Can you also give us the name of the contact person to call?

Can you tell me why the notes section of the calendar are not on the 3 x 5 cards? How do people use these with out the notes on how to setup a room?
I have been frustrated with the different printed versions of the reports section because they are very bundlesome or don't give you the info that is needed in the shorter versions.. For our household staff to setup a room, they need just the resource, date and time of event and the notes.. no version of the reports gives just this info, which makes the report that i hand to my staff anywhere from 25 to 40 pages long for one week! There are 11 different versions of the printed reports of the calendar and none of them give me what i need for my staff to read easily. if there there any future plans for looking at the versions of the printed reports, that would be great. Thanks
