Right now, we're working hard to consolidate our Knowledge Base and product documentation into a single, centralized location- the Help Center.
Previously, our products had in-program documentation, as well as an online Knowledge Base that addressed program issues and error messages. Now that our product documentation is both in our programs and online, we’re migrating Knowledge Base articles into product troubleshooting areas inside the Help Center.
The Help Center gives both ACST employees and clients access to all product information- including help, getting started guides, FAQs, and error message articles- in one convenient solution. We’ve already integrated this for ACS for Windows, Access ACS, OnDemand, Extend, Facility Scheduler, LiveStor, Church Life, Membership Plus, and all PDS products.
While the transition may be awkward, you’ll find it much easier to locate the information you need in the end. We appreciate your patience until then, and we promise- it’ll be great.
