Why

To help you keep a record of the membership of organizations you are associated with, you can upload a picture of the members of that organization.

Please note that you can add only one picture per organization. If you add another picture when one is already present, the new picture will replace the previous picture. Also, if you delete, move, or rename the added picture in its original location on your computer, the picture will be deleted from your Membership Plus dataset.

How

 To add a new picture
  1. In the left navigation pane, click Members > Organizations.
  2. On the List tab, select the organization.
  3. Click the Picture tab.
  4. Below the grid, click Add.
  5. In the window that appears, locate and select the picture.
  6. Click Open.
 To delete a picture
  1. In the left navigation pane, click Members > Organizations.
  2. On the List tab, select the organization.
  3. Click the Picture tab.
  4. Below the grid, click Clear.
  5. In the window that appears, click Yes.
