Is Membership Plus 12 Mac compatible?


Membership Plus 12 is not compatible with Macintosh operating systems, but it is compatible with current Windows operating systems. Using Boot Camp, Parallels, or a similar tool, users may be able to run Membership Plus 12 in Windows on their Mac computers. Can data be converted from other programs into Membership Plus 12?


Membership Plus 12 includes an import program that allows you to import data from a text or .csv (comma separated value) file. Also, the Membership Plus Data Services Team can convert member data from other third-party programs, such as CPMS, and Excel, if the data is stored as a text or .csv file (and as long as other requirements are met).  The fee for this service is $80.00\hour or $64.00\hour with a Support Plus Contract. Call 843-413-8334 for additional information about converting data from a third-party program.

Does Membership Plus 12 offer a payroll module?


Membership Plus 12 does not offer a Payroll module, but your Payroll checks can be entered and tracked through the Accounting module. However, this module does not have a way to calculate payroll taxes or your payroll tax reports (941's, liability reports, and W-2's). If a module is needed to fully calculate all of this information, please contact the ACS Technologies sales department at (800) 736-7425 for additional product options that would include a Payroll module.
