If you are installing your revision on a network, click on the link below:


If you are installing your revision on a single machine, follow the instructions below:

1. Make a backup. (this is not necessary on a system without a previous dataset or revision)

2. Archive all contributions before the current year.

3. To Download the latest revision, visit the Client Portal.

4. Next, select Program Downloads under the Resources menu on the left. You will need to enter your registered email address, Site Number, and PIN to see the Program Downloads. After logging in, you will see a list of downloads available to you.


5. Save the file to the desired location on your computer by clicking on the word "Download".

6. After the file finishes downloading, browse to the install file on your computer and run it.

7. Make sure to review the release notes for your installed revision.

8. Confirm that the revision has been installed by navigating to the Help Menu inside Membership Plus and selecting the "About Membership Plus" option.

9. Ensure your data has upgraded properly.

10. When satisfied with the way the dataset looks, make a new backup.

If you are using the Pictorial Directory in any version of 12, then you will need to convert your Pictorial Directory after you have installed your revision. Instructions on how to do this step are below.

To convert a Pictorial Directory:



1. On the Pictorial Directory List tab, select Convert.

2. On Windows XP, Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MembershipPlus\Version12\MP12Data\Pictorial Directory and select your Pictorial Directory file.

(If using Windows Vista or Windows 7 navigate to C:\ProgramData\MembershipPlus\Version12\MP12Data\Pictorial Directory.)

3. Click Open.

4. Enter the title for the converted directory and select appropriate dataset from the drop down list.

5. Press OK.

6. The converted Pictorial Directory will now show on the list and you should be able to go to the Pictures and Captions tabs to see your information.
