Why

One way to help grow an organization is to be welcoming to visitors, and a great way to welcoming to visitors is schedule visits from your organization to them. To help keep track of the visits to and from prospective members, you can enter this information in your dataset.

How

 Record visits from prospective members

To record how many times, and when, prospective members have visited your organization

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Members > Visitation.
  2. On the List tab, select the visitor.
  3. On the toolbar, click Edit.
  4. Click Visits FROM Prospects.
  5. Enter the date of the first, second, and/or third visit from the visitor.
  6. On the toolbar, click Save.
 Record and schedule visits to prospective members

When you are scheduling visits to prospective members, you can also record how the last visit was received by the prospective member.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Members > Visitation.
  2. If applicable, on the List tab, select the last scheduled visit from your organization to the prospective member.
  3. Click Visits.
  4. Verify the date and time of the last visit.
  5. In the Prospect drop-down list, select the prospective member.
  6. In the Contacted By field, enter the people from your organization who last visit the prospective member.
  7. In the Response drop-down list, select how the visit was received.
  8. Enter the next visit date and time.
  9. Enter any additional notes.
  10. On the toolbar, click Save.
