You can schedule small group meetings in Membership Plus. Scheduled meetings display on the Meeting tab, under Activity History. If you want to confirm or change the time of each individual meeting you schedule, you can make a note of the time in the Description field.
When a small group meets, you can also take attendance.
- In the left navigation pane, click Members > Classes & Small Groups.
- On the List tab, select the small group you want to schedule a meeting for.
- Click the Meeting tab.
- Under Classes & Small Group Activity History, click Add.
- Enter the meeting's description, type, date, notes, and feedback/results.
- Click Save.
