Using the latest Web browser to hit the Internet might make you look ultra-cool, but it could lead to some issues with OnDemand. If you use a browser other than Internet Explorer or Safari, we cannot guarantee how OnDemand will react in certain situations. We can, however, promise it won't turn into a monster if you feed it after midnight.

Tip
We recommend using Internet Explorer® and Safari® Web browsers with OnDemand.


Download Instructions for Windows
  1. To install the program, click Download the Windows Client.
  2. When the installation is complete, the OnDemand Client icon displays on your desktop. To open OnDemand, double-click this icon.
  3. Enter the user name and password provided by your OnDemand specialist.


Download Instructions for Mac
  1. To install the program, click Download the Mac Client (Requires an Intel Mac running OS X 10.5 or higher).
  2. When the download is complete, run the install program, OnDemandMAC.mpkg.zip. (In some instances, this will run automatically.)
  3. When the installation is complete, the OnDemand icon displays in your Applications folder. To open OnDemand, double-click this icon.
  4. Enter the user name and password provided by your OnDemand specialist.
