I'm helping the secretaries at our church transition to Mac computers. There is a limited time free upgrade to Lion for recently purchased apple computers. Any chance the updated ACS software will be available before the end of the month? Mega brownie points are awarded for a native Mac application.

(Memory requirements, stability issues, compatibility issues, and ease of use are all motivations to move away from X11).

      1. Jul 26, 2011

Micah, we fully understand the desire and reasons to move to Lion on the Mac and want to be able to help you to make that move as soon as possible. However, we don't currently see this as a possibility by the end of this month (July). We are looking at a target date in mid-August as the best case scenario at this time. We will notify you if anything changes, as soon as possible, via an OnDemand message.

      2. Jul 26, 2011

Micah, could you please contact me with your site number so we can add you to the list of Mac OnDemand clients waiting for this update? Thanks!

Hey Jamie, Our site number is 1626. Will be delighted to see the new application! Thanks.

Thanks a lot, Micah. You're now on the list. Did you see the update message at the top of the page? It is possible download the Lion upgrade without installing.

I have text messaging enabled.  However I am not able to text message anyone in my groups.  Please help

  5. Aug 28, 2012

Hello Shelley, in Access ACS text messaging is controlled by security. You will want to make sure that Text Messaging security bit is set to allow for the desired user profile. Also will want to make sure that other members in your group have also set themselves up for texting.

Is there a way to change the stock sizes within ACS OnDemand for a Zebra printer GX420D?

    1. Nov 09, 2012

      Hi John,

Are you referring to label sizes?

      1. Nov 12, 2012

Yes I am referring to label sizes.  I can keep in line with the general size but would like to you a different label that is more cost efficient.  Problem is the labels I would like to use print landscape and not portrait.

        1. Nov 13, 2012

          Hi John!

The label size that we recommend prints in landscape as well.
