PDS Ledger eases the task of keeping track of the finances for your organization. You can manage an unlimited number of accounts and produce a variety of detailed and summary reports.

Before you begin to use the program, there are several steps that must be completed. This chapter will step you through each of those processes.
Launching the Program
To launch the program, double-click the PDS Ledger icon on your desktop, or click Start > Programs > Parish Data System. You will also find an option under the start menu to launch the program using sample data (rather than your own). This can be helpful if you are exploring the program.
