Quick Posting and EFT Processes

Corrected a problem that could cause the program to freeze when using the EFT option “FACTS with sub-accounting.”

Corrected a problem in the Payment/Donation entry quick posting process. Columns that had been hidden in a batch became visible when exiting and returning to the batch.

The Dates quick posting process was updated to include the fields that were added to the sacraments section.

Students

Added several enhancements to the Sacraments section of the window:

• A “Celebrant from List” drop-down selection list for the “Performed by” field
• “Verified” and “Certificate on File” checkboxes for each sacrament
• “Profession of Faith” checkbox and associated date field for baptism
• “Volume” and “Page” fields for each sacrament

Corrected a problem that caused the contents of the “Place” field on the sacrament tabs to disappear when clicking “Cancel.” The data was not deleted and reappeared upon returning to the tab.

Corrected a problem on the Nurse Visits tab that prevented the value “Hosp-Hospital” from being saved when chosen from the Disposition column drop-down list.

Reports

Added option to Canadian Tax Receipt report that allows you to specify how many receipts are printed for each family.

Corrected a problem in listing reports that could prevent changes to field widths and heading values being saved.

Corrected a problem in family Rolodex reports in which some family members were left off when using two-across cards.

Corrected a problem that caused some label and envelope reports not to leave required 1/8-inch blank space around bar codes.

Corrected a problem in the Class Rank by GPA report that caused students being assessed by skills and not GPA to be assigned a number for GPA other than zero.

System Processes

Added the User Keyword Exchange process to the System Processes menu of the Setup/Admin. tab. This process lets you change the positions of the user keyword fields in the Personal section of the students window. If you added “Religion” as a user keyword in a field other than the first, this process lets you switch it with the first-position field, allowing certain reports and the Kenedy process to work as expected.

Initial Setup

Added “Ask for reason when deleting Fams/Mems” as a checkbox in the Initial Setup window. If selected, an extra dialog box is displayed when deleting a family or individual from the program. You can choose from a list of predefined reasons for the deletion and enter an explanatory note that will be stored in the user log.

Bulk Mail/CASS

Corrected a problem in which CASS It was dropping leading zeros from addresses.
