If an OnDemand user forgets his/her password, a Site Administrator can reset it.
To reset a password
- On the onDemand menu, from Utilities, select User Maintenance.
- In the Maintenance window, select the user whose password needs reset.
- Click Reset Password. If the e-mail notifications check box is selected for the user, an e-mail with the new password is sent to that user's e-mail address.
- To confirm, click Yes.
- When the confirmation message displays, click OK.
