ACS Technologies is making improvements with higher security standards for your giving solution.
To reduce or avoid any impact on your normal operations, maintenance is scheduled from Tuesday, August 16th at 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. EST the following morning. During this time you will not be able to accept payments or gifts. While we do not foresee any complications from this upgrade, we want you to be aware that your batch processes may be delayed. Here are the two possibilities:
- If you have any gifts that are being processed on the 16th, your staff should not expect to see those batch ID’s by 8:00 a.m. on the 17th. Batch IDs will process, but they will be delayed. The exact timing of delivery is currently unknown.
- If you have scheduled gifts for the 17th, they will be held for testing and verification purposes. Those gifts will resume as normal on the 18th.
