Beginning with ACS 11.7.1.12, you've been able to apply change requests in ACS People Suite or Access ACS.

As of December 3, 2018, you must process all change requests inside ACS People Suite. 

About the changes

Approving change requests inside ACS People Suite is easy and lets you

  • Apply change requests and upload records to Access ACS from the same screen
  • View a log of People Profile changes applied via change requests including their old and new values
  • Set a date range without an ending date so you're always uploading the latest information for your Connections contacts
  • Use Access ACS in any browser you prefer, including Microsoft Edge®, Chrome®, Safari®, or Firefox®.

As an administrator, you still have control over your ACS People records. All processes that created a change request still do and require your approval, just in a different place- our desktop product. 

What are my next steps?

As long as you have ACS 11.7.1.12 or higher, you won't have to download or install any updates.

You may want to go ahead and begin applying change requests and uploading records inside ACS People Suite so that you're ready for the change.
