Facility Scheduler lets you enter events with the date, time, event name, description, calendars, location, notes, event type (such as Wedding with additional fields), status, resources, and attachments. You can also enter whether the event is published for everyone and if registrations are allowed.

Our Facility Scheduler APIs are designed to pull these fields out of your databases, but not all data for a single event comes from a single table.

The AllowRegistration flag let you know if a specific event allows event registration. We have not designed APIs for this database, and it is easier to use the application directly.

The Event Registration URLs can be found inside Access ACS. You can use one of three URLs:

 Upcoming events

This lists all events that are public and individuals can register for today and in the future.
