Once you create a form, it is saved in the Form Manager where you can open it and make changes at any time.

 To edit an existing form
  1. Point to Site and click Form Manager.
  2. Select the form you want to change.
  3. Under Actions, click View/Edit Form.
  4. Make your changes, and click Save at the bottom.
 To reorder fields on a form
  1. Point to Site and click Form Manager.
  2. Select the form you want to change.
  3. Under Actions, click View/Edit Form.
  4. Locate the field row you want to move. On the toolbar above it, click one of the buttons:
    Move up one row
    Move down one row
    Move to top of form
    Move to bottom of form
  5. Click Save at the bottom.
 To delete a field
  1. Point to Site and click Form Manager.
  2. Select the form you want to change.
  3. Under Actions, click View/Edit Form.
  4. Locate the field row you want to move. On the toolbar above it, click .
  5. Click Save at the bottom.
