For some Extend users, channels do not display on the live site.

Versions affected: Any


The Channel's Access Control has restrictions set. To resolve this, remove the restrictions. 

 To check a channel's access control
  1. Point to Site, then Channel Manager.
  2. Select the Channel in question. In the Actions section, click View/Edit Properties.
  3. Under Restrictions, select No Restrictions.
  4. Click Save.
