ACS Facility Scheduler users cannot change their user names. Another user with administrator permissions is required to change user names. 

 To change a user name
  1. On the Administration tab, click Users.
  2. Select the user.
  3. In the Actions group, click Edit User.
  4. Enter the new user name.
  5. In the Actions group, click Save & Close.

The user name is changed. The user cannot log in with the previous user name.

If users have completely forgotten their passwords, you may want to change the passwords for them. Or, you can instruct users to reset their passwords themselves.

 To change another user's password
  1. On the Administration tab, click Users.
  2. Select the user, then click Edit User.
  3. In the Show group, click Login.
  4. Enter the new password (twice to confirm it).
  5. Click Save & Close.
