When you install ACS Facility Scheduler and log in for the first time, you have a main calendar that you can add events to immediately.

To get the most out of the program, you should add resources to manage your facilities, calendars to organize your events, event types to manage the information required for each event, and roles and user accounts so that others can view and add events.

Once you have installed ACS Facility Scheduler, complete the following tasks to set it up.

 Define resource type custom fields.

 Add resource categories.

 Add resources.

 Add calendars.

 Add event types.

 Add roles.

 Add users.

 Add events.
