You can add an unlimited number of volunteers who are only authorized to use Checkpoint Kiosk and it doesn’t count against the number of users in your package. This means you can set up as many express check-in stations as you need, which helps you check in high volumes of people quickly. Volunteers can use iPad or Android devices for check-in, so that they can greet individuals in the parking lot or at the door.

OnDemand User Maintenance

Good to Know

  • If your volunteer user names in OnDemand only have rights to the Checkpoint Kiosk, they do not count against the number of users in your package.
  • Users who have rights only to Checkpoint Kiosk display in green to indicate that they are no cost users.
  • You can use the same password for more than one user name.
  • When entering a user name, the program indicates when it's long enough, if you've used invalid characters, or if the user name you selected is already in use.
  • You can configure kiosks running OnDemand to automatically log in and launch Checkpoint using a given username and password when you double-click the desktop shortcut.
