With these quick postings, you can update financial information and post electronic giving to multiple records at the same time.
Suppose you want to assign terms and rates information to a family. You can open the family's record and enter the information in the Fund Window. If, on the other hand, you want to assign the same terms and rates to 20 families, you can run the Terms and Rates Entry quick posting. The information is automatically posted to all the selected records without opening them individually.
For quick postings that alter data, we recommend creating a backup first.
On the Information tab, click Contributions, and click Quick Posting in the navigation pane.
If you do not use Vanco Payment Solutions, you'll see a message the first two times you go to the Quick Posting window. This gives you the opportunity to check out eGiving with our preferred payment processor.
