Surveys are a great way to get feedback from your parishes and facilities. Create surveys with any questions you'd like and send them to all or just a few parishes/facilities.


Set up your web service information.

If you haven't already done so, set up your web service information. You must have an Internet connection in order to send surveys.


Create and define surveys.

On the Parishes & Facilities tab, click Surveys. Add a survey, and enter any questions you'd like. Add sections and subsections to organize and group questions. After saving, you can make it available to your parishes via their PDS Church Office programs.

Assign surveys and view the responses.

After making surveys available, you can assign it so parishes know to complete and submit it.

Analyze survey responses.

You can analyze the survey responses by comparing different parishes' answers. Export the answers to a spreadsheet for a custom view.
