With the Delete Events process, you can delete a group of past events. We recommend periodically removing old events so the program runs more efficiently.
This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.
- On the Information tab, click Events.
- In the navigation pane, click Processes.
- Click Delete Events.
Make your selections for organizations, facilities, events, and charges/payments.
If you're deleting old events, make sure to enter the date range. Otherwise, future events could be unintentionally deleted.
- Click Next.
- Select the events to delete, then click Next.
- Review your selections, and click Finish.
