With the Delete Events process, you can delete a group of past events. We recommend periodically removing old events so the program runs more efficiently.

 To delete a group of past events

This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

  1. On the Information tab, click Events.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Processes.
  3. Click Delete Events.
  4. Make your selections for organizations, facilities, events, and charges/payments.


    If you're deleting old events, make sure to enter the date range. Otherwise, future events could be unintentionally deleted.

  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the events to delete, then click Next.
  7. Review your selections, and click Finish.
