You can view total charges, payments, and the balance for an event package. Locate the event package record, and click Recap of Balances in the navigation pane.

Totals for all activities display in the list. The recap of balances includes charges and payments from past events as long as you haven't deleted the amount or event.

You can delete charges and payments in the Charges & Payments window or when you delete the event.
