After you add masses and ministers, you can begin scheduling.

The scheduling process gives everyone an equal chance to serve in his or her assigned ministries. In order to accomplish this, the scheduler locates and assigns ministries to people with the oldest chronological date of service. Schedules are created based on each week in a month, and a minister is assigned no more than one time per weekend.

Useful Information

Before adding schedules, make sure you understand how the scheduler assigns ministries.
