You can enter attendance information for multiple ministers at the same time. This information displays in the History of Assignments window and attendance reports.

In the Ministers navigation pane, click Processes > Minister Attendance. Select whether you want to use automatic updating or individual entry.

 

 To post minister attendance automatically
  1. Select the automatic updating method option, and click Next.
  2. Select the date range for the attendance you want to post, and click Next.
  3. Select records to build a list of ministers to post attendance for, then click Next.
  4. Review your list.
    • If a minister did not attend an assignment, select No in the Attended column.
    • To exclude any records from processing, clear the check box.
  5. When you're ready to post attendance for the selected ministers, click Next.
  6. To post attendance, click Finish.
 To post minister attendance individually
  1. Select the individual entry method option, and click Next.
  2. Select the date range for the attendance you want to post, and click Next.
  3. Select a minister, and click Add Minister To List. Repeat this for each minister whose attendance you want to post. When you're finished, click Next.
  4. Review your list.
    • If a minister did not attend an assignment, select No in the Attended column.
    • To exclude any records from processing, clear the check box.
  5. When you're ready to post attendance for the selected ministers, click Next.
  6. To post attendance, click Finish.
