If your ministers use the web app, you can set the program to check for any assignment changes. On the File menu, click Setup > Initial Setup. Select Automatically check assignments changed online.
If you don't plan to use the web app, clear this option in the Initial Setup window.
When you upload data to the app, you're notified via email when your ministers can't serve an assignment or selected to serve an open assignment. With this option selected, those changes display as soon as you start the program. You can review the changes, then click Update to include them in your database.
