This is the admin or input financial user's gateway to managing donor records. All you have to do is select the donor you're looking for, and get to work.
Broken into four sub-tabs, this page helps financial users keep tabs on a donor's giving records, manage and update their pledges, transfer records, and associate checking accounts with users.
Edit Donor: Only available when dealing with an offline user, this tab lets you edit the user's basic information.
Donation Report: To get a complete list of a user's donations within a certain time-frame, select the start and end dates for the report and click Search Donations.
Pledges: Use this panel to manage the donor's pledges. You can choose to either edit the person's recurrent pledge, create a new one-time pledge or get a report of all the person's pledged contributions over a determined time frame.
Transfer Donations: If someone has both an online and offline user representing them in the Giving Module, use this feature to move all donations from the offline to the online user.
Invite: Only available when dealing with an offline user, this tab lets you invite the person to create an online account that all their personal and financial data will automatically be associated with.
Checking Accounts: Because admin and input financial users can enter donations with a check scanner, some of your donors will have checking account numbers associated with their profiles, to make the input process faster. This tab is where you manage and delete those associations.
