We've made it easy for you to transition to a more powerful, robust, and intuitive platform designed to engage your congregation and manage your church.

 When you want to pledge recurrent financial support to your church, you can do it right from The City. 

 To enter a monthly Pledge as a user
  1. In the navigation menu, click Giving.
  2. Choose the My Giving tab.
  3. In the Your Pledge section, click Edit.
  4. Enter a monthly pledge amount.
  5. Click Update.

The City records this information so that you and your church's financial team both know what you've committed to contributing. At the beginning of every month, the system refreshes itself, checking and recording your monthly pledge again. This ensures that each month your church's financial projections are correct, even if you change your pledge to account for life’s little surprises.

City Gifts Date Last Published

When you view your giving history on the My Giving tab in The City, you will see a Date Last Published. This date may not be the same as the date of your last gift. This date is based on the last time the church administrator published contribution information to The City. This applies to all gifts you have given to the church, even those gifts that were not given online.


Things to Remember

Monthly pledging is only available when the feature is activated by your church administration.
