Page tree

This page offers statistical data on the email settings of users, group activity, and historic health of the group for community groups and leader groups.

To access this page, click  in the icon tray. This page is broken into either two or three parts, depending on the type of group you're in. The first two graphs are available regardless of what type of group you're viewing.

At the top of the page is a bar graph showing how many people in the group are using each of the four email settings. This is an important tool for understanding how well group communication is going.

At the bottom of the page, you see a large numerical percentage and some additional information below it. This data details how involved your users are in this group and The City as a whole. In conjunction with the email settings graph, tells you whether people are engaged with each other in this group, and whether they're using The City as a whole. With that information in mind, you can adapt your leadership strategy to address group needs.

Finally, if you're viewing this page for either a community or leader group, you'll find the group health tool in the middle. This feature helps you and your church leaders keep an eye on the spiritual health of your group and church as a whole. After submitting a health assessment, the page not only offers a link to where you can do that again, but also provides a graph of your group's health over time.
