If you need a question answered quickly, administrators and staff can access The City's live chat support from the Help page. This provides a one-on-one chat with The City support to provide answers and get you back on track.
- In the upper right corner of any City page, click Help.
- Click the Help is available! button, located under the Create a Support Ticket button.
- A new browser window opens, providing a live chat session with The City support.
