If you need a question answered quickly, administrators and staff can access The City's live chat support from the Help page. This provides a one-on-one chat with The City support to provide answers and get you back on track.

 To launch live chat support
  1. In the upper right corner of any City page, click Help
  2. Click the Help is available! button, located under the Create a Support Ticket button.
  3. A new browser window opens, providing a live chat session with The City support.
