This is a series of tools to help process administrators create processes, edit them, and manage people as they progress through them. To begin to understand what this set of tools does and how it can be used, here are the three individual pieces at your disposal:

Process-Tab Definitions

Process Builder: Here you can create new processes and piece together the parts that make them up.

Question Sets: Use this tool to create the most fundamental building blocks of every process: the questions that make up its tasks.

Oversight & Reporting: This is where you can keep an eye on each user's progress through your processes. After selecting the process you're interested in, there are two overarching categories of information to choose from. The Reports page provides insight into the overall trends for the process at each of your campuses. The People option, on the other hand, gives you several tools to help you manage individual users as they progress through the process.
