With HeadMaster ProCM, you can enter assignments and grades in the gradebook, as well as teacher comments that will print on the report card.

On the Home screen, click Post Grades. The Post Grades Assistant displays.

By default, the Post Grades Assistant displays all grading periods. However, if you only want to view specific grading periods or a semester, on the toolbar, click the Grading Period drop-down list and select a period to view.

To set additional display options for class grades, on the toolbar, click Customize. The Customize Post Grades dialog box displays. Make your selections to display in the gradebook.
