When a parent tries to log into HeadMaster online, this error displays:

To resolve this, perform a HeadMaster backup, then contact Support for further assistance.
To perform a HeadMaster backup
Make sure everyone is logged out of HeadMaster before performing the backup.
To back up HeadMaster data:
- Open the Utility Manager.
- Click Create Backup. The Database Utilities dialog box displays.
- Make your selections and click Backup.
- Click OK.
