There are two parts to printing labels:

  • Setting up the label data
  • Setting up the label layout

When setting up the label data, you can select to print labels for a group of individuals, such as all students, or all parents, or you can use a previously saved search or create a new search to use to print labels based on specific criteria.

Setting the label layout means to select from a list the fields you want to print on the label, such as a student’s address, date of birth, medications, or other information. Also, prior to printing, it is helpful to preview the labels to make certain that they look they way you want them to.
