Click Setup/Admin > Users and Passwords.
User Name — This field is required and must be a unique user name.
Inactive — Select the check box if the user becomes inactive. Inactive users may not log in. Use this to inactivate an account that you may want to reactivate at a later date.
Password — You may enter a password up to ten characters in length. You can use alphabetic or numeric characters, or a combination of both.
Security Adm. — The default is No. To mark a user as a security administrator, select Yes.
Phone Number — Enter the user's phone number.
Unlisted — Select the check box if the user's phone number is unlisted.
