You may need to reinstall ACS if the your initial installation failedwas improper, or if you replaced your hard drive or computer, or you accidentally deleted a program some programs or modulemodules, or your files are corrupt.To reinstall ACS: 

Generally, reinstalling ACS involves backing up your data, uninstalling ACS, downloading the latest version of ACS software, then restoring your backup.
